능력주의를 바탕으로 한 근대사회를 유지하기 위해 학교는 문법과도 같이 견고한 제도적 통제 장치를 발달시켜왔다. 이 연구는 4차 산업혁명을 위시한 사회적 변화 속에서 기존의 학교문법을 재구성하기 위한 목표와 전략을 제안하기위한 것이다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 교육개혁이나 학교변화를 위한 기존의 문헌을 정리하여 학교변화의 성공을위한 원리와 조건을 정리하였다. 교육의 도덕적 목적과 담대한 목표, 목표 및 정책 형성 과정의 민주성, 교사의 역할재규정을 통한 혁신의 주체화, 린스타드업 모델과 학습조직화를 통한 혁신안의 정교화, 중간리더십과 네트워크 지원, 총제적 변화 등이 그것이다. 다음으로 이 연구에서는 학교문법의 전환을 위한 목표와 실행 조건을 제시하였다. 이연구에서는 혁신학교와 같은 기존의 정책이 갖는 성과를 인정하면서도 기존의 노력이 미시적이고 기술적인 측면의혁신으로 감환되고 있음에 주목하면서 학교교육의 본질이 무엇인지를 중심으로 학교문법 전환의 목표를 설정해야한다고 주장하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 존엄의 공동체, 민주주의의 정원, 삶의 배움터, 실험과 상상의 플랫폼을키워드로 학교의 문법을 재구성해야 한다고 주장하였다. 마지막으로 이 연구에서는 전망 및 의미 공유 체제의 구축등을 비롯해서 학교문법 재구성을 위한 조건들을 제시하였다.
In order to maintain modern society based on meritocracy, schools have developed robust institutional control mechanisms which are like grammar. The purpose of this study is to propose goals and strategies for reconstructing existing school grammar in the context of social changes such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution. For this purpose, this study summarizes lots of literatures on educational reform and school change, then summarizes the principles and conditions for the success of school change. These are moral and audacious goals of education, democratization of goal and policy formation process, subjectivization of teachers for innovation through redefinition of teacher role, refinement of innovation plan through leanstartup model and learning organization, support for middle leadership and network. Next, this study presents the goal and strategies of future school innovation. In this study, while acknowledging the achievements of existing policies such as Hyuksin schools, we argue that it is school education should overcome micro and technological innovations. For this purpose, this study suggests that the school 's grammar should be reconstructed with the following: community of dignity, garden of democracy, life-learning platform, experimental and imaginary platform. Finally, in this study, the conditions for reconstruction of school grammar including the establishment of prospect and meaning sharing system are suggested.
