본 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 따른 경기도 광주시청소년수련관의 청소년 활동 및 교육의 패러다임 시프트 과정 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래에 따른 청소년 교육과 활동의 지난날과 현재 상황을 살펴보고 변환의 과정을 탐구하는 것이다. 연구자는 경기도 광주시청소년수련관의 패러다임 시프트 실천과정을 살펴보았다. 패러다임 시프트는 크게 4가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 기존의 활동 및 교육 방식에서 벗어나 수평적 사고, 협력, 창의, 융합, 인성 등을 배양하는 교육을 도입했다. 둘째, 이를 위해 학문적 이론과 전문가 회의, 청소년 및 학부모 인터뷰 결과를 토대로 패러다임 시프트를 결정했다. 셋째, 패러다임 시프트를 위해 기존 기관에서 도입하지 않았던 큰 그림(프레임), 영성지능, 서번트 리더십을 중심으로 한 eBPSS 교육 철학을 끌어냈다. 넷째, 하이브리드형 인재를 양성하기 위해 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 POOC(Personalized Open Online Courses. 푸크)를 이끌었다. 이는 온오프라인을 넘나드는 하이브리드 교육이다. 따라서 개념적 관점을 증대시키기 위한 교육의 필요성을 느끼고 이를 위한 서번트 리더십 함양이 일상생활에서 체득될 수 있게 하여야 한다고 본다. 이는 수평적 방식의 블록체인 시스템을 도입해 교육 Pay라는 개념이 구축될 수 있는 토대를 마련하는 계기가 됐다. 다섯째, 시대를 읽고 넓은 통찰력을 갖고 변혁을 이끌 수 있는 FT(퍼실리테이터. 청소년 활동 및 교육 지도사)의 변화를 꾀했다. 광주시청소년수련관은 기존 수동적 청소년 활동 및 교육에서 패러다임 시프트 필요함을 절감했고 과정을 탐색하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 따른 청소년 활동과 교육이 새롭게 전환되어야 한다고 제안한다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the paradigm shift of youth activities in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, for the upcoming the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era. We examined the implementation process related to future education and response to youth activities at the Youth Training Center in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. Based on this, four major measures and detailed implementation tasks were derived for the paradigm at the Youth Center. First, looking at the main options, we need to introduce an activity system that takes creativity and diversity away from the existing way of activity, and that involves peer learning in the process of changing the role of active teachers and adolescents, using digital, rather than just an “offline activity.” For example, Micro College, which combines Big Picture, SQ and Servant Leadership needs to be operated. The goal of the Micro College is to raise a hybrid type of leader, the leader of the Artificial Intelligence era. The time has come for hybrid leaders to shift their direction from passive youth activities to active youth activities of cooperation so that they can take a conceptual view instead of focusing on their daily chores. Increasing the conceptual view is acquired in everyday life. In addition, education PAYs for the introduction of horizontal blockchain systems and smooth implementation of blockchain rather than centralized computer systems should be established for building of various information sharing systems and support cooperation systems for youth activities that comply with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Lastly, facilitators will be trained as the ones who can interpret the times and lead the revolution with wide insight.
