With the rapid rise of online finance products of China, Ant Check Later service is highly recognized among young consumers. The service brings convenience to young consumers with the advantages of low threshold, quick and convenient loan service. This study investigated the effects of relationship benefits, perceived risks, and social capital and credit consumption attitude on the user satisfaction of Ant Check Later service. This paper surveyed service users in Shandong Province and 238 valid questionnaires were used for empirical research. According to the results, factors including credit related benefit, psychological benefit, low financial risk, social capital, and credit consumption attitude were positively related to service satisfaction, which increased the continuous usage intention.
