본 논문에서는 효과적인 경영학 교육에 ERP를 활용하는 것이 필요하며, 기업 맞춤형 경영학 교육을 하기 위한 ERP 교육 프레임웤을 제시하였다. 또한 ERP교육 프레임웤에 기초하여 수주-출하 시나리오에 대한 ERP강의 점검리스트의 예제를 구성하고 제시하였다. ERP 교육 프레임웤과 ERP강의 점검리스트는 기업과 대학 환경에서 모두 사용될 수 있다. ERP를 활용한 경영학 교육은 ERP 기능실습과 숙련, ERP 기능과 개념 파악, 이론적 제반 모형 이해, 기본 커스터마이징 역량, 상황별 부서별 시뮬레이션, ERP구축 방법론이 모두 포함되었을 때 가장 효과적이다. 이러한 ERP교육 방식은 다른 팀과 경쟁하며 학생들이 생산, 마케팅, 구매와 재무부문의 상호관계에 대해 파악할 수 있게 해주었다. 이러한 ERP 교육 프레임웤과 ERP강의 점검리스트의 예를 활용하여 훈련을 함으로써 집단의 역량이 강화될 수 있다. 그 이유는 실시간 정보가 동적이고 불확실한 환경에서 통합되어 공유되는 상태에서 각 집단이 공통의 목표를 강화시킬 수 있기 때문이다. ERP를 사용하는 기업들도 이제는 단순한 사용방법만 교육하는 전통적인 교육방식에서 벗어나 정보 공유의 개념과 정책, 즉각적으로 결정해야 하는 행위 그리고 통제시스템을 교육하는데 더욱 향상된 방법론이 요구된다.
This study suggests we need to use ERP to achieve successful business educations. ERP teaching framework is developed for designing enterprise-oriented business education. The sample checklist for ERP education on order to delivery process scenario is also suggested based on ERP teaching framework. ERP teaching framework and checklist for ERP education can be used at both companies and universities. The business education based on ERP should include practices and trainings on ERP functions, understanding of ERP transactions and theories, understanding models on forcasting, MRP and waiting theories etc, capabilities of basic configurations, simulations depending on situations in perspectives of several departments and methodology for ERP implementations. By competing other teams using ERP, students could identify the interrelationships of production, marketing, purchasing and financial management. The notions of policies, actions and control systems are basic elements of ERP systems and therefore are emphasized in the ERP teaching framework.
