본 연구의 목적은 특허거래분야에 블록체인기술의 도입과 활용을 위해 기존 거래시장과 블록체인기술의 특성 및 현황을 알아보고, 이에 따른 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 특허거래 현황과부진요인 그리고 블록체인기술에 관한 자료를 조사하였다. 연구모형은 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)을 기반 이론으로 하였고, 독립변수는 블록체인기술의3가지 특성(신뢰성, 경제성, 효율성)을 채택하였으며, 블록체인의 기술적(위험) 요인과 기존 거래시장의 사회적 요인 그리고 블록체인기술과 거래시장에 대한 정책적 요인을 매개변수로 정의하였다. 설문 조사는 IT/정보통신과 기술거래 관련 유관부서 종사자를 대상으로 실시하였고, 총 62건의 설문 데이터를 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 정책적 요인과 사회적 요인은 수용의도에 영향을 주는 것으로나타났으며, 기술적(위험) 요인은 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 블록체인기술의 특성인 경제성은 기술적(위험) 요인, 사회적 요인, 정책적 요인에 모두 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 효율성은 사회적 요인과 정책적 요인에만 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰성은 모든 매개변수에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 특허거래분야에 블록체인기술의 도입과 활성화를 위한 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 연구의 방향에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to identify key features and status of blockchain technology and technology market as well as factors affecting the acceptance intention users with the aim of introducing and utilizing blockchain technology in the area of patent trading. To this end, we investigated the current status of patent transactions, the causes of the slump, and the data on blockchain technology. The research model was based on the UTAUT, with independent variables adopting characteristics of blockchain technology(Reliability, Economic benefits, Efficiency), and defined technical(risk) factors in blockchain, social factors in existing trading markets, and policy factors for blockchain technology and trading markets as parameters. The survey was conducted on technology trading and IT related workers. A total of 62 survey data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Studies have shown that policy and social factors influence acceptance, and that technical(risk) factors do not. Economic benefits, a characteristic of blockchain technology, was shown to affect all factors, and efficiency only affected social and policy factors. Reliability did not affect all parameters. This study discussed the implications and limitations of research for the introduction and activation of blockchain technology in the field of patent transactions and the direction of research.
