이 연구는 발달장애인을 위한 직업흥미검사도구 개발 초기 과정에서 문항 개발 및 타당화를 통하여 예비조사를 위한 문항을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 그림 내용타당도 조사의 경우 진로·직업 전문가 30명, 그림 이해도 조사의 경우 발달장애인 120명이었다. 문항 개발 과정을 통하여 7개 직군, 21개 직종의 381개의 그림과 지문을 제작하였다. 진로·직업 전문가에게 연구진이 직접 설명하며 그림 내용 타당도 자료를 수집하였고, 발달장애인에게 교사들이 1:1로 조사를 실시하여 그림 이해도 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계와 내용타당도 비율 공식 등을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 제조, 청소, 음식, 농수산업, 사무지원, 대인서비스, 예술스포츠의 7개 직군, 조립, 생산, 운송판매, 실내외청소, 세차, 세탁, 패스트푸드, 조리, 음료, 재배, 사육, 수산업, 사무보조, 사서보조, 우체국보조, 유아보조, 노인장애인보조, 미용, 음악, 미술, 스포츠의 21개 직종의 210개의 예비조사를 위한 문항을 선정하였다. 이 연구는 발달장애인의 인지적 특성과 수준을 고려하여 그림으로 구성된 직업흥미검사도구 개발을 위한 문항 타당화 과정과 결과를 체계적으로 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study was to validate questionnaire for the pilot test through the identification and validation of the questionnaire in the initial stage of development of the vocational interest test for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The subjects of the study were 30 special education or vocational rehabilitation experts and 120 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As the questionnaire of the pilot test, 381 pictures and descriptions from 7 occupation group and 21 occupations were assigned. The researchers explained the questionnaire to the experts and confirmed the picture contents validity data. Special education teachers conducted a survey individually to the students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to collect picture comprehension data. The collected data were analyzed by applying descriptive statistics and content validity ratio formula. The results of the study were 210 test questionnaires selected from 7 occupation group (manufacturing, cleaning, food, agriculture & fishing, office supports, human service, music·arts·sports) and 21 occupations (assembly, production, delivery & sales, indoor & outdoor cleaning, car washing, laundry, fast-food, cooking, beverage, cultivation, breeding, fishing, office assistance, librarian assistance, post-office assistance, elderly assistance, infant & disabled persons assistance, beauty, music, arts, and sports.). This study is meaningful in that it systematically presented the process and result of the questionnaire validation for the development of picture vocational interest test for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
