The purpose of the study is to understand the core structure of the career education after the experience of career education and to understand the change of perception through the in-depth study of the subject. Also it aims to provide practical implications for the key elements of career education in organizing future career education programs. For this purpose, we conducted the course search for the last 15 years, which was opened as a major course in the department of tourism management major in the Junior Colleges in the metropolitan area. The lecture essay is written immediately within one week after the end of the lecture. It includes the lecture goal, the contents and feelings that helped the lecture, and the overall overview of the lecture. As a result of this study, it was shown that firstly, the self - understanding improved the career identity of the tourism service sector. Second, as we choose our career paths, we have increased the maturity of career attitudes that prepare our lives with firm attitudes and plans. Third, the level of career decision has increased through various experiences in field of study and field of interest.
