본 연구목적은 가정폭력피해여성과 일반기혼여성에서 의사소통, 성적 친밀감, 인생태도가 자신의 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향력의 차이를 분석하여, 기혼여성이 가족 내에서 안전하고 만족스런 결혼생활을 영위할 수 있는 실천적인 방향과 대안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해서, 2017년 8월부터 11월까지 H와 C지역에 사는 가정폭력피해여성과 일반기혼여성 472명을 조사․분석했다. 그 결과 일반기혼여성 집단의 결혼만족도는 초이성형의 의사소통방식에, 가정폭력피해여성 집단과 일반기혼여성 집단 모두의 결혼만족도는 성적 친밀감에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 가정폭력피해여성 집단의 결혼만족도는 타인부정의 인생태도에, 일반기혼여성 집단의 경우는 타인긍정의 인생태도에 영향을 받았다. 이를 기초로, 가정폭력피해여성 집단에 대해서는 자기존중적인 인생태도를, 일반기혼여성 집단에 대해서는 합리적인 의사소통과 남편존중의 인생태도를, 두 집단모두의 경우에 있어서는 성적 친밀감을 강화시켜주는 전문적인 교육과 프로그램을 실시할 필요가 있다고 제안하였다.
This research was to test the difference of the effect of communication, sexual intimacy, and, life attitude on martial satisfaction among the abused women or married women. To achieve the purpose, this study employed and analyzed 472 self-reported data from abused women and married women in H and C. As the results, married women's marital satisfaction affected by super resonable communication, and both the groups' ones were by sexual intimacy. Also, abused women's marital satisfaction was influenced by You are not okay while married women's one was by You are okay. Based on these results, this research suggested social workers practice special educations and program to help abused women reinforce the life attitude of self-respect and sexual intimacy but married women improve reasonable communication and respect of their spouses and sexual intimacy.
