서울시에서 추진하고 있는 노인일자리정책은 노인들에게 일할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 이를 통해 노인 들의 경제적 문제 완화, 자신감 제고, 삶의 성취감 향상 등에 기여하고자 하는 것이다. 이는 궁극적으로 노 년기 웰빙에도 도움이 될 수 있다고 주장되고 있다. 노년기 웰빙은 개인의 정서적 차원, 가족관계, 이웃과의 관계 등을 통해 검토될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 서울지역에 거주하는 만 60세 이상 노인 300여명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 노인들이 갖고 있는 자기효능감이 노인일자리사업 참여를 통해 어떻게 노년기 웰빙에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 노인일자리사업 참여기간은 노인들의 자기효능감과의 상호작용을 통해 노인들의 우 울감 감소에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 노인일자리사업 참여기간과 참여빈도는 자기효능 감과의 상호작용을 통해 자살생각에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인일자리사업 참여빈도가 많을 수록 황혼이혼의도에 긍정적인 영향을 보인 반면, 참여시간이 많을수록 황혼이혼의도에 부정적인 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 노인일자리사업 참여기간은 부모/자녀관계에 부정적인 영향을 보인 반면, 사업 참여만족도는 부모/자녀관계에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 노인일자리사업 참여시 간이 자기효능감과의 상호작용을 통해 이웃과의 관계에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
This study examines the effects of elderly employment programs implemented by the Seoul Metropolitan Government on the wellbeing of their participants. As many as 300 elderly people aged 60 years or older were surveyed and analyzed. The findings of the study is as follows. Self-efficacy has a negative effect on the depression of the elderly. The participation satisfaction has negative effect on depression. The period of participation in senior employment programs has an moderating impact on the relationship between self-efficacy and depression. Second, self-efficacy has a negative effect on the suicide intention of the elderly. The component variables of elderly employment programs (participation period, participation frequency, participation time, participatory satisfaction) have no effect on suicide intention. Third, self-efficacy did not affect the elderly's divorce intention. The frequency of participation in senior employment programs has a positive effect on divorce intention. Participation time affected negatively divorce intention. Fourth, self-efficacy did not affect the parent/child relationship of the elderly. While the period of participation in senior employment programs showed negative effect on the parent/child relationship. Participation satisfaction showed a positive effect on parent/child relationship. The frequency of participation and participation time have an moderating impact on the relationship between self-efficacy and parent/child relationship. Self-efficacy has a positive effect on neighborhood trust. The component variables of elderly employment programs(participation period, participation frequency, participation time, participation satisfaction) did not affect neighbors trust relationship. The time spent in the senior employment program had a moderating effect on the relationship between self-efficacy and neighborhood trust.
