“한국어 CCM 복음 성가 중국어 번역의 문제점과 제안”에서는 한국어 CCM 복음 성가가 중국어로 번역되면서 나타낸 문제점들을 분석하고 문제점 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. CCM 복음 성가는 하나님을 찬양하고 하나님의 은혜를 증거하는 찬송으로서 가장 아름답고 품위 있는 가사로 번역되어야 할 것이다. 그러나 중국어로 번역된 CCM 가사를 살펴보면 오역되고, 앞뒤가 일관되지 못하게 번역되고, 중국어라고 하기엔 문제가 있고, 원 가사와는 무관하게 임의로 번역되고, 품위 없이 저속하게 번역되며, 중국교회에서 표현하지 않는 어휘 혹은 문장을 사용하거나, 무슨 의미인지 애매모호하게 번역되는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이는 중국어가 한국어보다 간결하여 원 가사의 글자 수를 맞추기가 쉽지 않고, 한국어 가사의 어순과 배열에 따라 중국어 가사를 배열하며, 한국어 가사에 대한 분명한 이해와 번역에 대한 심각한 고민이 부족하여 발생하였다고 말할 수 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 한중(교회용) 언어를 잘 아는 전문가 번역 모임과 상호협력, 음악가의 도움, 원작사자와의 소통 등이 필요할 것이다.
“Problems of Translating Korean CCM into Chinese and Suggestions” analyzes the problems of translating Korean CCM into Chinese and suggests ways to improve the problems. The CCM should be translated into the most beautiful and dignified lyrics as a hymn praising God and proving his grace. However, if we look at the Chinese translations of Korean CCM, we can see they are misinterpreted, arbitrarily translated without adhering to the meaning of the original Korean lyrics. We also can find the translated Chinese lyrics use words or sentences that are not used in Chinese churches. This is because the Chinese language is simpler than the Korean language and it is difficult to match the number of Chinese characters in the original Korean lyrics. This is also because the translators follow the order and arrangement of Korean lyrics, and because the translators do not have a clear understanding of Korean lyrics and there is no serious concern about the translation. To solve these problems, it is necessary to have a translators’ association, where experts, with the help from musicians and in communication with Korean composers, cooperate in translating Korean CCM music.
