The purpose of this study is to develop programs and services for users to use mobile applications more easily and conveniently. And to understand the ongoing use of mobile application services from a user perspective. This research attempted to investigate whether the main use techniques or tools were necessary for real users to use various applications. For this purpose, this study tried to apply the technology acceptance model theory and HCI and usefulness. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, in the theoretical dimension, technology acceptance model is used and usability and utility are important variables as determinants. The technology acceptance model has been used as a useful theory to grasp the intention of users who use hardware and software with information technology. Also It shows that usability and utility help us more efficiently and effectively. Usability means that users can intuitively use the service without knowing it even if there is a technical restriction. In this sense, usability is a very important variable for users who use mobile applications. Second, from the viewpoint of mobile communication service providers, mobile program users should be interested in developing software programs considering users in order to make them easier to use. And it can be expected that the quality of service can be improved by overcoming the dependency of hardware device and providing mobile service in a more open environment, even in environments using any hardware device or operating system.
