본 연구는 창의성 함양을 위한 초등학교 교실 문화의 특성이 무엇인지 분석을 통해 초등학교에서의 창의성 교육의 방향과 내용에 시사점을 제공하고 교사 스스로 자신의 교실 문화에 대한 진단할 수 있게 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 창의성 및 창의성 교육, 교실 문화 조성 관련해 전문성이 있는 초·중등학교 교사 등 전문가를 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 1차 델파이 조사에서는 창의적인 초등학교 교실의 모습 및 특징을 개방형 질문을 통해 조사한 후 범주화 작업을 통해 대영역, 중영역, 소영역으로 분류하였다. 2차 델파이 조사에서는 소영역에 해당하는 항목들이 창의성 함양을 위한 초등학교 교실 문화 특성으로 타당성과 중요도를 응답하게 하였고, 소영역의 항목별로 내용타당도 비율(CVR)을 산출한 후 그 기준에 따라 항목을 삭제해 가는 동시에 전문가들의 주관식 응답에 근거하여 대영역, 중영역, 소영역에 대해서도 통합, 삭제, 추가, 재진술, 이동 등의 수정·보완이 이루어졌다. 3차 델파이 조사에서는 전문가 55명을 대상으로 소영역 항목이 타당한지 여부와 중요도를 판단하도록 한 결과, 대영역 11개, 중영역 24개, 소영역 193개가 창의성 함양을 위한 초등학교 교실 문화 특성으로 최종 선정되었다. 3차 델파이 조사 결과 내용타당도 비율(CVR) 1.0인 항목은 총 11개로 나타났으며 이는 모든 전문가가 타당하고 중요하다고 응답한 것으로, 본 연구에서는 가장 중점적이고 핵심적인 항목으로 간주하였다. 11개 핵심항목은 교수방법(수업전략), 교사(역량, 태도), 학부모(가치), 교육철학(학생관), 학교/학급문화(분위기 조성)와 관련된 내용으로 창의성 함양을 위한 교실 문화가 교사, 학부모의 인적 자원, 수업과 관련된 교수방법을 비롯하여 교실 문화에 영향을 미치는 학교 문화의 특성들과도 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze what characteristics of elementary school classroom culture are to foster creativity, to gain implications for the direction and content of creativity education in elementary school, and to enable teachers to diagnose their own classroom culture. For this purpose, three Delphi surveys were conducted on experts, including creativity and creativity education, and elementary and secondary school teachers with expertise in creating classroom culture. In the first Delphi survey, the appearance and characteristics of creative elementary school classrooms were investigated through open questions and classified into large, medium and small areas through categorization work. In the second Delphi survey, items corresponding to small areas were asked to respond to their validity and importance with the characteristics of the elementary school classroom culture for fostering creativity, and the Content Validity Ration(CVR) was calculated according to the criteria of each small area, while integration, deletion, re-examination, and completion were made for large, medium, and small areas based on the subjective responses of experts. In the third Delphi survey, 55 experts were asked to determine whether and how important the small area items were, and 11 large areas, 24 medium and 193 small areas were finally selected as elementary school classroom cultural characteristics for fostering creativity. The third Delphi survey found a total of 11items with a Content Validity Ration(CVR) 1.0, which all experts said was valid and important, which was considered the most important and core item in the study. The 11 key items related to teaching methods(class strategy), teachers(capacity, attitudes), parents(value), educational philosophy (attitude toward students) and school/class culture(creating atmosphere) were also found to be related to the characteristics of school culture, including teaching methods related to teachers, parents' human resources and classes.
