본 연구의 목적은 전문무용역량에 기반한 예술계 고등학교 전문무용교육과정을 재구조화하여, 역량기반 전문무용교육과정의 교육적 의미를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 전문무용역량과 2015 개정 전문무용교육과정의 교과목 간 적합성을 확인하고, 둘째, 전문무용역량의 의미를 반영한 교육현장 개선요구를 탐색하였으며, 셋째, 전문무용역량 기반 전문무용교육과정의 재구조화를 수행하였다. 연구방법으로는 워커의 교육과정개발모형을 토대로 문헌고찰, 서면조사, 면담, F.G.D, 전문가회의를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 전문무용역량 대범주 및 역량요소 강화를 위한 전문무용교육과정 교과목 및 내용영역이 재구조화되었다. 재구조화된 전문무용교육과정은 역량의 특성이 반영된 총체적 연계 구조를 통해 교육과정의 역동성을 이끌어내었다. 그리고 전문무용교육과정의 본질적 의미와 실천방향이 강조되었으며, 교육과정 개선의 관점에서 보완되어야 할 내용과 적용방안을 도출할 수 있었다. 예술계 고등학교 전문무용교육 현장에서 역량기반 교육과정의 실현을 위하여, 교사 전문성 신장을 위한 교사교육 및 전문무용교육과정 운영체계 점검이 필요하다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the educational significance of competency-based specialized dance curriculum by restructuring artistic high school specialized dance curriculum based on specialized dance competence(SDC). To accomplish this goal, three researches were set up as follows: firstly, confirmation of conformity between SDC and 2015 revised specialized dance curriculum, secondly, exploring the needs to improve the specialized dance education reflecting the meaning of SDC, thirdly, restructuring specialized dance curriculum based on SDC. This study conducted literature review, written survey, interview, F.G.D, and expert meeting based on Walker’s curriculum development model. This study restructured the subjects and contents area of the specialized dance curriculum to enhance SDC. Through this study, the subject and content area of specialized dance curriculum to enhance SDC has been restructured. As a result of the study, the restructured specialized dance curriculum led to the dynamics of the curriculum through the totally linked structure, and this structure reflects the characteristics of competency. In addition, the essential meaning and direction of the specialized dance curriculum were emphasized, and the content and application method to be supplemented from the viewpoint of curriculum improvement were derived. In order to realize competency-based curriculum at the arts high school's specialized dance education field, it is necessary to check the operation system of specialized dance curriculum and to strengthen the education of dance teacher for professional growth.
