부산대학교 법학연구소의 「법학연구」는 1956년 5월부터 발간되기 시작하였고, 2019년 5월 대망의 통권 제100호가 출판될 예정이다. 법학연구논문 1,102편이 게재되었고, 시기별로 볼 때 1950년대에는 39편, 1960년대에는 58편, 1970년대에는 50편, 1980년대에는 118편, 1990년대에는 133편, 2000년대에는 255편, 2010년대에는 449편이 게재되었다. 전통적인 주요과목과 현대적인 선택과목들의 논문들이 균형을 갖추어 다양하게 게재되었음을 알 수 있다. 판례연구는 아쉽지만, 비교법 논문도 전체적으로는 다양함과 전문성을 갖추고 있다. 「법학연구」는 상법분야인 해상․보험법, 금융법 영역, 비교법적으로는 중국법, 기초법분야에서 강점을 보여주고 있다. 하지만 「법학연구」는 비교법 논문들의 편중상태, 판례분석 논문의 적은 숫자, 대표적인 융합법분야인 환경법 분야의 저조, 법조실무교원들의 전문분야의 비체계화 등의 문제점을 보여주고 있는 것도 사실이다. 그러나 「법학연구」는 전통적인 주요과목들과 현대적인 선택과목들의 학자들의 꾸준한 논문투고로 전문성, 다양성, 균형성을 기본적으로 갖추고 있다. 그리고 「법학연구」는 특성화분야, 중국법/이슬람법, 법조실무분야의 확장, 로스쿨법과 법조인법의 확대, 의료법, 소비자법, 과학기술법 등 현대 IT법, 융합법분야의 확대, 교육법/대학법의 개발 등의 현대적 기회측면을 보여주고 있다. 마지막으로, 부산대학교 법학연구소는 세법, 지역법, 영미법, 판례분석 등에 관한 논문들의 확보를 위한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이며, 연구윤리의 제고를 위한 자기통제와 자기감시를 쉬지 말고 행하여야 할 것이다.
The “Law Review” of the Institute of Law Studies in Pusan National University was published in May 1956 for the first time and it`s vol. 100 will be published in May 2019. There are 1,102 jurisprudential papers to be published, and 39 journals in the 1950s, 58 journals in the 1960s, 50 journals in the 1970s, 118 journals in the 1980s, 133 journals in the 1990s, 255 journals in the 2000s, 449 in the 2010s were published. It can be seen that the papers of traditional major subjects and modern elective subjects are balanced and published in various ways. Although case studies are disappointing, the comparative law dissertation also has diversity and expertise overall. “Law Review” shows strength in the field of commercial law: maritime and insurance law, financial law area, comparative law, Chinese law, and basic law. However, it is also true that “Law Review” shows problems such as the biased state of comparative law papers, the small number of case analysis papers, the poor environment law field, and the unsystematicization of the professional field of legal practitioners. But “Law Review” is a steady paper contribution by scholars of traditional major and modern elective subjects, with basic expertise, diversity and balance. And “Law Review” shows modern opportunities such as characterization, Chinese law/Islam law, expansion of legal practice, modern IT law, medical law, consumer law, science and technology law, convergence law, and development of education law/university law. The Busan National University Law Institute should make efforts to secure papers on tax laws, regional laws, Anglo-American law and case analysis. Finally, self-control and self-monitoring should be performed constantly to enhance research ethics.
