본 연구는 K-MOOC를 활용한 플립드 러닝 전략을 수업설계 차원에서 탐색해 보고 수업모형 및 세부전략을 개발하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해서 실천연구방법을 적용하여 문헌고찰 후 K-MOOC 활용한 플립드 러닝 수업모형을 개발하고, 이를 적용한 후 수정·보완과정을 거쳐 세부전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과, 첫째, K-MOOC를 활용한 플립드 러닝 전략은 크게 두 부분으로 교과목 교육과정 설계나 단원 수준에서 수업을 설계할 때 적용 가능한 수업모형 및 거시적 설계전략과 차시 수준에서 수업설계 및 실행에 필요한 세부전략인 미시적 수업전략으로 개발되었다. 둘째, 본 수업모형은 온라인 학습과 면대면 학습의 장점을 효과적으로 통합한 플립드 러닝 전략에 기반을 두고, 온라인 학습에서 면대면 학습, 다시 온라인 학습으로 연계될 수 있도록 9가지 거시적 설계전략을 진행 과정 및 절차에 따라 제시하였다. 셋째, 세부전략인 미시적 수업전략은 온라인 학습과 면대면 학습이 효과적으로 통합될 수 있도록 하는 연계 및 확장 전략, 온라인 및 면대면 학습의 효과를 높이기 위한 수행전략 등으로 7가지 전략을 전반부(도입)-중반부(전개)-후반부(정리)단계로 구분하여 제시하였다. 이러한 수업모형 및 세부전략은 교수자에게 K-MOOC의 온라인 콘텐츠를 활용하여서 한 학기 교과목 교육과정을 설계하고 강의계획서를 작성하거나 한 차시 수업을 설계, 실행하고자 할 때 온라인 학습 내용을 어떻게 면대면 학습 내용과 연계시켜 진행할 것인지, 그리고 구체적으로 어떤 교수·학습전략을 사용할 것인지 등에 대한 실행 지침을 제공해 줄 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to develop the strategies of using flip-learning using K-MOOC in instructional design and to propose concrete teaching-learning strategies. In order to achieve these research goals, we developed a flipped learning teaching model using K-MOOC by applying practical research method, and presented a detailed strategy for utilizing it. The flipped learning strategy using K-MOOC developed in this study is as follows. First, the flipped learning instructional model and detailed strategy using K-MOOC are largely divided into two parts: One part was developed as the micro teaching strategy which is a detailed strategy required for teaching design and execution. The other part was developed instructional model as the macro instructional strategy. Second, this instruction model is based on a flipped learning strategy that effectively integrates the merits of online learning and face-to-face learning. In order to be able to link face-to-face learning to online learning again, 9 macro instructional strategies are proposed to be applied according to the teaching process. Third, the micro teaching strategy, which is a detailed strategy of the instructional model, is composed of 7 strategies as the implementation strategy to enhance the effectiveness of online and face-to-face learning, first(introduction) - middle(development) - later (summary) stages. These instructional model and detailed strategies are designed to use online contents of K-MOOC to design curriculum of one semester course, to prepare lecture plan. And to provide a concrete teaching-learning strategy to enhance the learning effect and participation of learners.
