The purpose of this study is to propose an expression-based word formation education and to find ways to study the contents of education. To solve this research problem, We were based on onomasiological approach theoretically. And we sought the possibility of systematizing the word formation process in an empirical way by designing and executing a naming assignment including thinking description. In this paper, the area of word formation education, which is confined to the form - combining dimension, is extended to 'formation of meaning'. This is a very significant point in terms of grammar education. To discuss 'formation of meaning' means to consider the speaker as the subject of expression and the context surrounding it, which means to be able to deal with the learner's language performance and linguistic thinking at the center of education. However, unfortunately we can not discuss various aspects of expressive word formation education in detail. I will continue my research gradually.
