본 연구는 촛불집회공감, 태극기집회공감, 유권자의 거주지역 및 출신지역, 연령대, 정치성향, 성별, 학력, 소득 변수와 박근혜대통령탄핵 공감과의 인과관계를 선거 후에 실시된 전 국민 대상 표본 1,000개의 설문조사결과에 근거해 검증하였다. 촛불집회공감은 박근혜대통령탄핵 공감에 매우 큰 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으며, 태극기집회공감은 탄핵공감에 부정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 거주지별로는 호남지역거주자만이, 연령대별로는 50대만이 탄핵공감에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 유권자의 출신지역, 성, 학력, 소득은 탄핵공감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 대통령탄핵 공감에 영향을 미치는 변수에 대한 연구는 전무하다시피 하므로 관련된 후속연구가 기대된다.
This study attempts to find factors affecting the impeachment opinion against the president Geun-hye Park based on a telephone survey of Korean adults. Sympathy for the candle demonstration has a great positive influence on the impeachment opinion and sympathy for the Taegeukgi demonstration has a negative effect on it. The Honam resident and people in their fifties also have positive influence on the impeachment opinion. Since study about the impeachment opinion against the president is almost nonexistent, further research is expected.
