본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 시대적 변화에 맞춘 인재양성을 위한 청소년활동의 모습을 조망해보고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 4차 산업혁명의 변화를 알아보았다. 4차 산업혁명은 인간을중심으로 온라인과 오프라인을 연결하는 O2O기술을 기반으로 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있다. 4차산업혁명시대는 모든 것이 연결되는 ‘초연결 사회’로 정의된다. 기술의 발달을 통해 사회와 문화, 그리고 특히 산업현장의 변화가 예상된다. 4차 산업혁명시대의 변화를 예측하기 위해서 STEEP기법을 사용하여 청소년활동과 관련된 사회적 변화, 기술의 변화, 경제의 변화, 환경의 변화, 정책의변화라는 5가지 영역에서 미래지표를 도출하였다. 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 변화는 새로운 역량을 가진 인재를 요구하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명에 요구되는 인재의 역량을 골린코프는 소프트스킬로 제시했고, 세계경제포럼은 10가지로 제시하였다. 4차산업혁명과 관련된 미래사회는 역량 중심의 청소년활동의 중요성이 더욱 강조되어진다. 청소년활동역량의 8대 영역은 세계경제포럼의 10가지 미래인재 역량을 포괄하고 있다. 청소년활동은 역량을중심으로 필요한 영역을 융합해야 한다. 청소년활동을 스마트기술과 접목하여 청소년중심으로 변화시켜야 한다. 이를 위하여 청소년시설의 변화와 청소년지도자의 역할 변화가 요구되어진다.
This study is to provide direction of youth activity for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is rapidly spreading all over the world based on O2O Technologies, which focus on human beings. The characteristic of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is that everything is connected, also known as the meaning of ‘hyper-connected society’. Through the development of technology, the industrial site has been informationized; as a result, 'Smart Factory' is appearing. Because of the changes, the society is asking for talented people who have new competence. The talent that the Fourth Industrial Revolution needs is ‘soft skills’ such as sociality rather than ‘hard skills’. To be prepared for the changes, youth activity should be reorganized focused on competence. Youth activity in future should be self-directed. To this end, society needs changes in youth centers and the role of youth leaders. This study provides the change index in youth field over five areas through STEEP analysis to investigate the change in future society. Through the analysis, the study could predict the change in youth activity. Based on the model of prediction, it suggests the direction of the change in youth activity in the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution so that the youth activity in the field is recognized with its worth.
