본 연구의 목적은 청소년지도자의 성공적인 업무 수행에 영향을 미치는 지도자 역량의 현재보유정도(보유도)와 미래필요정도(필요도)를 확인하여 청소년활동 운영의 효율성을 높이는 것이다. 이를위해 청소년지도자 102명, 청소년관련학 전공자 104명을 대상으로 지도자역량의 보유도와 필요도를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년지도자와 청소년관련학전공자의 지도자역량의보유도와 필요도는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, IPA분석 결과 청소년지도자는 유지강화영역에 타인육성및개발, 자기통제, 책임성, 계획수립실행, 활동환경조성, 정보수집관리, 주의환기가 있었고, 중점개선영역에 존중, 프로그램평가, 홍보, 자기확신이 포함되었다. 점진적개선영역에는 자발적업무처리가포함되었고 현상유지영역에 동기부여, 문제해결, 예산관리가 나타났다. 청소년학관련학전공자들은유지강화영역에 주의환기, 계획수립실행, 타인육성및개발, 자발적업무처리, 정보수집관리, 활동환경조성, 자기통제가 있었고 중점개선영역에는 책임성, 프로그램평가, 동기부여가 포함되었다. 점진적개선영역에는 문제해결, 홍보, 존중, 예산관리가 있고 현상유지영역에 자기확신이 확인되었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 첫째, 청소년지도자역량을 근거로 청소년관련학 교육과정을 구성하여야 하고둘째, 필요도는 높으나 보유도가 낮은 중점 투자영역에 대한 지원이 요구되며, 셋째, 예산관리역량에 대한 역량 강화를 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study is to identify current retention (possibility) and future needs (necessity) of Competency that affect the successful performance of youth worker. To this end, 102 youth workers and 104 adolescent related majors were surveyed to confirm their level of possibility and necessity. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a difference in the possibility and necessity of competency of youth workers and those who majored in youth-related studies. Second, there were differences in IPA analysis results. On this basis, Firstly, the curriculum for youth-related studies should be organized based on the competency of youth workers. Second, support is required for the area of investment with high needs but low retention. Third, it proposed strengthening the capacity of the budget management area.
