본 연구는 티칭 포트폴리오에 대한 교수자의 인식과 효과성을 분석 하였다. 이를 위해 2018학년도에 충청북도 소재 A대학의 교수학습지원센터에서 운영된 티칭 포트폴리오 개발 프로그램에 참여한 교수자 10명을 대상으로 티칭 포트폴리오 개발을 진행하면서 작성한 자기성찰 내용을 분석하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 티칭 포트폴리오 개발에 참여한 교수들은 자신의 수업을 개선하기 위해 다양한 교수방법 및 전략에 대해 고민하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교수자는 학습자의 능동적인 수업 참여를 촉진할 수 있도록 교수자료 개발 및 수업환경 구축에 노력하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 티칭 포트폴리오는 개발 과정 중에 지속적 성찰이 가능한 구조로 주차별 수업이 종료되고 난 뒤, 학습자의 반응을 면밀하게 분석하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 교수자의 티칭 포트폴리오 개발을 통한 지속적인 자기성찰과 수업개선에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인하는데 그 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study was explore the instructor’s perception and effectiveness on teaching portfolios. This study analyzed the introspection contents created by the instructor in the development of the teaching portfolio. The results of the study are as follows. First, the instructor participating in the development of the teaching portfolio have been concerned about various teaching methods and strategies to improve their teaching. Second, the instructor developed the educational materials and constructed the educational environment so that learners could construct knowledge actively. Third, the teaching portfolio is structured to enable continuous reflection of instructors. The instructor confirmed that the learner’s reaction is analyzed every week. This study is meaningful to confirm that there is a positive effect on continuous self-reflection and improvement of teaching through the development of teaching portfolio of instructors.
