본 연구는 가상 가치 평가법을 이용하여 수원화성의 시각장애인 편의시설을 도입하는 것에 대한 가치추정을 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 수원화성의 시각장애인 편의시설을 연구의 주제로 선정하였다. 수원화성은 수원의 대표적인 관광 자원의 하나이기 때문이다. 다음으로 본 연구의 이론적 토대는 사회적 공감 이론 및 가상 가치 평가법이다. 사회적 공감 모형으로부터 본 연구의 주된 요인은 정부차원의 사회적 공감과 개인차원의 사회적 공감을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 설문을 이용하여 연구를 수행하였다. 설문의 내용의 타당성 및 신뢰성을 확인하기 위하여 본 연구는 탐색적 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 225부의 설문을 데이처 분석에 이용하였다. 데이터 수집은 2018년 11월 중에 이루어졌다. 데이터분석을 위하여 본 연구는 로짓모델과 빈도분석기법을 이용하였다. 결과를 살펴보면 개인차원의 사회적 공감은 수원화성의 시각장애인 편의시설에 대한 지불의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도출된 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 지불의사비용을 계산하였으며 그 금액은 13,709원으로 나타났다. 통제변인들을 살펴보면 교육수준과 성별이 지불의사를 도출하는데 주요한 역할을 한 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다.
The purpose of this research is to examine the valuation of convenience facility for blind using contingent valuation model. This study employed Suwon Hwaseong’s convenience facility adoption for the blind as the study subject. Suwon Hwaseong is a representative tourism resource of Suwon. Contingent valuation method and social consensus are the theoretical foundation of this research. The main attributes are social consensus_government and social consensus_individual. This research used survey for the data collection. The period of data collection is November in 2018. The field survey was performed to collect the research data. To test the validity and reliability of the survey items, this research executed exploratory factor analysis. The number of observation was 225. For the data analysis, this research carried out logit model and frequency analysis. Then, this study computed the willingness to pay. The results indicated that social consensus_individual significantly affected to the willingness to pay. This research controlled gender, age, income, and education level. Based on the results, this research computed marginal willingness to pay for the study subject. The amount of willingness to pay is 13,709 KRW. Considering control variable, education and gender are significant elements to account for the willingness to pay.
