본 연구는 일상생활 뿐 아니라 성공적인 직업인으로서의 삶을 영위하기 위해 기본적으로 요구되는 NCS 의사소통능력에 대한 전문교과 교사의 교육 우선순위를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 NCS 의사소통능력 중 기초외국어능력을 제외하고 4개 하위 요소(문서이해능력, 문서작성능력, 경청능력, 의사표현능력) 간과 각 하위 요소 내 세부 요소 간 교육 우선순위를 살펴보기 위해 AHP 분석을 활용하였다. 2018년 7월 21일, 다양한 연수 혹은 관련 사업 등에 참여하여 전문가로 판단되는 전문교과 교사 총 88명의 서면을 통한 설문을 실시하였다. 이러한 응답 중 일관성 비율이 0.1 이하로 나타난 유효 응답을 분석하였다. 먼저 하위 요소 간 교육 우선순위 분석 결과 ‘문서작성능력’이 1순위로 나타났고 다음으로 하위 요소별 세부 요소 간 분석 결과는 고등학교 졸업자 수준의 성취수준과 일치하는 결과가 도출되었다. 즉 각 하위 요소별로 ‘문서 정보 확인 및 획득’, ‘작성한 문서의 정보 확인 및 조직’, ‘음성정보와 매체정보 듣기’, ‘목적과 상황에 맞는 조직 정보’가 1순위로 나타났다. 이를 통해 해당 역량은 직무 상황에서 기본적으로, 고등학생 졸업자라면 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 역량을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 직업교육 교육 내용 구성의 기초 자료로 활용가능하다. 이후 다양한 직업교육 분야, 수준에서 활동하는 주체를 대상으로 한 폭넓은 연구를 통해 학생이 변화하는 직업 세계에 적응할 수 있는 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 환경 조성을 위한 토대를 마련할 필요가 있다.
This study is proposed to analyze an priority of educational needs of NCS communicative competence using AHP analysis. For this purpose, it conducted a questionnaire survey of 88 vocational teachers. Among the subjects, it analyzed the responses with a consistency ratio of 0.1 or less. First, ‘writing ability’ was derived as the most important ability among sub-abilities. Second, the result of priorities for each educational element of sub-abilities are as follow: ‘Confirmation and acquisition of document information’, ‘Confirmation and organization of written document information’, ‘Listening to voice information and media information’, ‘Organization information suited to purpose and situation’ were the most important educational contents elements of sub-abilities respectively. The results of this study can be used as basic data for constituting vocational education contents in the future.Since then, it has been necessary to establish a foundation for creating an educational environment that can improve students' ability to adapt to a changing career world through a wide range of research on subjects in various vocational education fields and levels.
