혁신은 성장과 성과의 원동력으로서 중요한 역할에도 불구하고, 자원제약과 기업의 혁신 성과에 대한 결과는 상이하다. “브리콜라주”라는 개념은 이러한 결과를 이해하는 데 도움이 된다. 브리콜라주는 기업이 보유한 자원을 재결합하고, 시장의 불확실성을 효과적으로 관리하고, 자원 제약에도 불구하고 기업의 생존과 번영을 도와줄 수 있다. 본 논문은 자원 기반 관점에서 자원 제약과 혁신성과의 관계를 살펴보고, 리더십과 브리콜라주가 혁신에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확인해보고자 하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 4개의 가설을 설정하였고 가설 검증을 위해 대구 및 경북지역 소재의 직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 총 320부의 설문 결과를 SPSS22.0프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰성분석, 타당성분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 결과는 다음과 같다. 자원 제약이 혁신 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 것과 브리콜라주와 리더십은 긍정적인 효과를 준다는 것을 통계적으로 확인하였다 그리고 조절 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 본 논문은 자원제약과 혁신성과와의 관계를 확인하고, 혁신을 위한 새로운 방안으로 브리콜라주를 제안하는 것이 기존 연구와의 차이점이다.
Despite the critical role of innovation as a driving force for growth and performance, the outcome of resource constraints on the company's innovation performance is different. The concept of “bricolage” is helpful in understanding these results. It helps companies understand what they do when facing resource constraints. According to prior research, bricolage can be a recombination of resources held by businesses, effectively managing market uncertainty, and helping companies survive and even thrive despite resource constraints. The study looked at resource constraints and their relationship to innovation from a resource-based view and identified how leadership and bricolage affect innovation. And in the context of resource provision, we identified the moderate effect of bricolage and leadership. This study conducted an empirical analysis of a total of 320 samples of survey gathered from people in Daegu and Gyeonsangbuk- do. As a result, we found that resource constraints have a negative effect on innovation performance. On the other hand, we found that bricolage and leadership have a positive effect. And there was no moderate effect. Based on the research, bricolage predicts that it can be a good choice for innovation in the context of resource constraints.
