우리나라의 회계교육은 1976년부터 시작되었다. 주로 4년제 대학에서는 아직까지 이론중심의 수업방법으로 운영되고 있으며, 2년제 전문대학은 실무중심으로 교육과정이 운영되고 있다. 최근 정부에서는 경영정보관련 종사자들이 직무를 수행하기 위해 요구되는 지식이나 기술 그리고 소양 등의 내용을 국가에서 산업부문별, 수준별로 체계화하여 국가직무능력표준(NCS)를 활용하여 교육과정을 개발 운영함으로써 이론 중심 교육에서 실무중심 교육으로 학과의 교육을 전환하고, 이를 통해 기업에서 요구하는 실무중심의 인재를 양성하고자 하는 정책을 펼치고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 NCS를 기반으로 하는 회계정보시스템 운용의 교육과정을 적용하여 2년제 대학생들에게 교육을 하고 그 학생들을 대상으로 NCS의 교육내용, 강의자료, 교육성과 등에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 NCS를 적용한 교육과정과 교육성과간의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과, NCS의 교육내용, 강의자료, 교육설계, 교수태도가 교육만족을 매개로 하여 교육성과에 미치는 영향관계에 있어서 교육과정에 있는 교육내용, 강의자료, 교육설계, 교수태도는 교육만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 교육성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교육과정은 교육성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 교육과정이 긍정적이면 교육성과에도 그 영향이 긍정적으로 미치고, 교육만족도가 높을수록 교육성과는 더 좋은 영향을 미친다는 연구결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 NCS를 적용한 교육과정과 교육성과간의 관계에서 교육만족도가 매개역할을 한다는 점과 이를 통한 교육의 기대효과를 연구의 기여점이라고 할 것이다. 하지만 본 연구를 위해 응답한 설문지의 응답자들이 특정지역에 편중되어 있어 표본의 대표성에 대해 한계점으로 남는다.
Korean government has been applying the National Competency Standard (NCS) which systematize the contents of knowledge, technology and culture by different industry category and grade, and then develop the education process from theory study into practice study. So the target is to train the talents which mainly focusing on practice as the company request. The study is about the survey of the 2－year college education on application of accounting information system which based on NCS. And the subject are the students which take the lessons and investigate them about NCS education contents, teaching materials and education achievement. The purpose of this study is try to analyze the relationship between education process and education achievement. From the empirical result, education satisfaction is the mediation factor of NCS education contents, teaching materials, education planning and professor attitude which have significant effects on education achievement. The education contents, teaching materials, education planning and professor attitude which exist in the education process have positive effect on the education satisfaction, and they also have positive effect on the education satisfaction either. The education process has positive effect on education achievement. If the education process is positive, the effect on the education achievement is also positive. As the education satisfaction gets better, the effect on the education achievement will get better either. This study investigate the relationship between education process and education achievement of accounting information system application which applied NCS. As there has no previous study about the mediation effect of education satisfaction on the relationship between education process and education achievement, by discovering that and synthesizing it, it will make contribution to the study of expectation effectiveness on education. As the subject of survey is concentrated in the certain area, the representative of samples is restrained and it is a limitation to this paper.
