본 연구는 지구대와 파출소에서 근무하는 경찰공무원의 성격특성과 심리적 탈진 관계에서 감정부조화의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 지역 3개 경찰서의 지구대와 파출소에서 근무하는 경찰관 340명을 대상으로 2018년 1월 중순부터 1월 말까지 설문을 실시하였고, 누락이 되거나 불성실하게 응답한 19부를 제외한 321부(91.7%)를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법으로는 spss 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계 및 상관 분석, 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였으며, 관련성을 검증하기 위해 주요 변수간의 직접효과와 간접효과를 검증하였다. 마지막으로 간접효과에 대한 유의성 검증을 위해 sobel test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성격특성의 하위요인이 심리적 탈진에 미치는 영향관계에서 신경성이 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 보였고, 성실성은 부적으로 유의미한 영향을 나타냈다. 둘째 감정부조화가 심리적 탈진에 미치는 영항관계에서는 감정억제와 감정연기 모두 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 보였다. 셋째, 성격특성이 감정부조화에 미치는 영향관계에서는 신경성과 성실성이 각각 정적으로 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 넷째, 감정부조화의 매개효과 검증에서, 감정부조화는 성격특성이 심리적 탈진에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 부분 매개 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구 결과에 따라 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of emotional disharmony in the personality traits and psychological burnout relationships of police officers working at police stations and police stations. In order to do this, we surveyed 340 police officers who work at police stations and police stations in three police stations in Gyeonggi province. From mid - January 2018 to the end of January, 321 police officers (91.7%) Was used for final analysis. We used descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using spss 21.0 as the analysis method. The direct and indirect effects of major variables were verified to verify the relevance. Finally, a sobel test was conducted to verify the significance of indirect effects. The results of this study are as follows. First, nervousness had a statistically significant effect on the psychological exhaustion of the sub-factors of personality traits, and sincerity had a significant effect on neglect. Second, emotional restraint and emotional delay had a statistically significant effect on the psychological exhaustion of the emotional exhaustion. Third, the influence of personality traits on emotional dissonance had a statistically significant effect on neuroticism and sincerity. Fourth, in the mediating effect of emotional dysregulation, it was confirmed that emotional dysfunction partially mediated the path of personality traits affecting psychological exhaustion. Based on the results of this study, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for follow - up study were discussed.
