이 연구의 주 의도는 안내자의 조력이 여행소비자 만족에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 접근하여 그 해를 구하고, 관련한 시사점을 모색하고자 하는 것이었다. 연구목적 달성을 위한 연구방법은 서울과 충북청주에 거주하는 10부터 60까지 각 연령별로 남녀 각1명으로, 응답자 총 12명의 자발적 참여에 의한 여행경험관련 경험진술을 바탕으로 개별 심층면접을 통해 현상학적으로 접근하였다. 심 층면접을 통한 응답자 진술 자료는 4단계 분석과정(1단계: 인지화, 2단계: 의미화, 3단계: 통합화, 4 단계: 요인화 순)을 통해 총 8주제로 분석되었으며)을 통해 총 8주제로 분석되었으며, 각 최종 요인 명은 “매력성”, “신기성”, “역사성”, “오락성”, “일상탈출성”, “신뢰성”, “공감성”, “응성” 등으로 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 매력성은 마음을 사로잡는 경험과 호감이 가는 멋진 경험으로,. 둘 째, 신기성은 새로운 경험과 신기한 경험으로, 셋째, 역사성은 자연자원의 역사와 문화・예술・인문 자원의 역사로, 넷째, 오락성은 시각적 흥미와 심미적 흥미 및 체험적 흥미로, 다섯째, 일상탈출은 업 무로부터 해방과, 관계로부터 도피로, 여섯째, 신뢰성은 안내자의 전문성과 전문성으로, 일곱째, 공감 성은 안내자의 배려와 관심으로, 여덟째, 응성은 신속하고 친절한 답변 등으로 요약되었다. 분석결 과를 통해 도출된 결과와 논의를 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of the guide’s explanations on the travel consumer’s satisfaction in Korean society. To achieve this purpose, this study conducted in-depth interviews from September to October of 2018, with people living in Seoul and Chungbuk Cheongju City. A total of twelve people, aged from teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s, 20th, 30th, 40th with one male and female from each age group, were analyzed using phenomenological research method. This study used four steps of analyse-proceeding methods called, Step 1: recognition stage, Step 2: construction stage, Step 3: integration stage, and Step 4: factors stage, respectably. The results of this study are derived to eight topics, that are as follows. Topic 1 is an “attraction”, is a lovely, enjoyable, and captivating experience. Topic 2 is a “mystic”, that are like a never before seen experience and first time experience. Topic 3 is a “historic”, that are naturale site and artificial historical sites. Topic 4 is an “entertainment”, that are visual, aesthetic, and experience. Topic 5 is an “escape from everyday lives”, that are an escape from work, and from human relations. Topic 6 is a “reliability”, that are specialist, and authenticity of guide. Topic 7 is an “empathy”, that are care and pay attention. Lastly, Topic 8 is a “responsiveness”, that are timely and kind answers. Implications of this article provide theoretical and insightful contributions and also practical suggestions are discussed.
