The purpose of this study is to draw the components of company choice attributes related to independent business operators for Network marketing industry, which is a major axis of domestic health functional food market. Analyze the importance and satisfaction of those components, and suggest the criteria of choice attributes for network marketing companies. This study conducted two preliminary surveys from January 8 to 19, 2018, and conducted a questionnaire from February 1 to 28. A total of 210 questionnaires, of which 206 copies were collected for its empirical analysis. This researcher has verified if there is significant difference between the importance and satisfaction of choice attributes and conducted IPA to draw attributes before participating in network marketing and those in the progress of the business and suggest the criteria of choice attributes for network marketing companies and also practical implications. As a result, 14 components have been drawn, and about 13 of them, this author has examined how the importance before investigating the business and the satisfaction after participating in the business differ.
