특성화 전문대학의 NCS 기반 교과목에 대한 학습자의 만족도가 높지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구문제1인 NCS유보 학과의 교과목에 대해 학습자의 만족은리커트 5점 척도 기준, 평균 3.68로 보통수준에서 약간 상회하는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구문제2인 NCS 기반 교과목과 일반 교과목과 비교해서 학습자의 만족도의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 NCS 기반 교과목 운영이 취지에 맞게 잘 진행되고 있음을알 수 있다. 또한, 학습자의 태도 측면에서도 NCS 기반 교과목이 일반 교과목에 비교해서 더 적극적으로나타났다(p<0.05). 향후 NCS 기반 교과목에 대해 학습자의 만족도를 제고시키기 위해서는 교수자는 NCS 기반 교과목운영에 사전 준비와 빈틈없는 수업운영을 하는 것이 바람직하며 NCS 기반 교과목의 평가는과정평가이기 때문에 학습자가 실행한 것들을 적시에 feedback를 해주어야 한다.
Satisfaction of learners is not high about courses based NCS(National Competency Standards) of specialized colleges as a result of this study. The satisfaction of learners through the result of the study about the reserved NCS appears above the average as 3.68 compared 5.0 scale of Likert and the difference of satisfaction of learners between courses based NCS and general courses exists in the specialized colleges. There is a difference in learner satisfaction compared to NCS-based subject and general subject. This shows that the operation of the NCS based curriculum is well underway. In addition, NCS-based curriculum is more active than general curriculum (p <0.05). In order to enhance the learner's satisfaction with the NCS-based subjects in the future, it is desirable for the instructor to prepare the NCSbased courses in advance and to conduct tight class operations. Since the evaluation of the NCS-based subjects is the course evaluation.
