이 연구는 영·유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니들을 대상으로 원가족경험과 양육스트레스와의 관계에서 가족탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 영·유아기자녀를 둔 어머니 450명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하고 최종 349부의 설문지를 최종분석 하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부분매개모형에서 원가족경험은 양육스트레스에 직접적으로 부적인 영향을 미치며 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라 원가족경험은 가족탄력성에도 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부분매개모형에서 가족탄력성은 양육스트레스에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미치며 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 검증결과 원가족경험이 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향관계에서 가족탄력성이 직접, 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 원가족경험이 가족탄력성을 매개로 하여 양육스트레스에 영향을 주었을 때 경로계수는 -.835(-.569* -266)로 나타났으며 가족탄력성이 매개하지 않을 경우 경로계수는 .455인 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같이 어머니의 원가족경험이 양육스트레스와 가족탄력성에 직접적 영향을 미치는 요인이며 가족탄력성은 두 변인간의 관계에서 매개적 역할을 하는 변인임이 검증하였다. 이러한 결과는 양육지원서비스개발을 위한 근거가 될 수 있으며 이를 위한 후속연구가 필요함을 제안하였다.
This research intended to inspect mediating effect of family elasticity in the relationship between family-of-origin experiences and maternal parenting stress using mothers with infants or children as research targets. To achieve research aims, this research performed structured survey to 450 mothers with infants or children. 349 copies of the questionnaire was finally used for analysis. Analytical findings are as follows. First, in the partial mediation model, it was found that family-of-origin experiences have direct negative effects on maternal parenting stress, and it was statistically significant. In addition, family-of-origin experiences have been found to have direct effects on family elasticity. Second, in the partial mediation model, it was found that family elasticity has direct positive effects on maternal parenting stress, and it was statistically significant. Third, it was found that, in the relationship between family-of-origin experiences and maternal parenting stress, family elasticity has direct and indirect effects. That is, when family-of-origin experiences affect maternal parenting stress through the mediation of family elasticity, path coefficient was -.835 (-.569* -266), while it was .455 without he mediation of family elasticity. As described above, this research examined that maternal parenting stress has direct effects on maternal parenting stress and on family elasticity, and that family elasticity is mediating variable in the relationship between two variables. This research suggest that, such findings can serve as the basis of developing service supporting maternal parenting, and that further researches are necessary.
