이 연구는 비유 해석의 발전사를 심층적, 비판적으로 추적함으로써 지금의 비유 연구가 어디까지 왔는지 그 좌표를 확인하고자 한다. 비유 해석의 역사를 크게는 역사비평적 해석과 문학비평적 해석으로 개관한다. 각각의 해석과 연구에서 주안점과 핵심개념이 무엇이었는지, 해석의 사례는 어땠는지 살핀다.
This study is a critical investigation of the history of interpretation on the parables of Jesus. The history which this study deals with includes (1) Europian historical interpretations and (2) North American literary interpretations. When it reviews historical interpretations, Adolf Julicher, C. H. Dodd, Joachim Jeremias and some Korean New Testament scholars are major figures to be introduced. For literary interpretations, the studies of Amos Wilder, Robert Funk, Dan Otto Via, John Dominic Crossan, Bernard B. Scott and some important Korean scholars will be dealt with.
