The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of entertainment experience factors on the pleasurement and customer satisfaction of the theme restaurant and to examine whether emotional consumption value plays a moderating role between pleasurement and customer satisfaction. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, eatertainment experience factor of the theme restaurant showed that the environment had more significant effect on pleasurement than food and service. Second, pleasurement has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Third, pleasurement*aesthetic & symbolic value was significant and positively influenced on dependent variable, satisfaction. It also showed that pleasurement * symbolic value was significant but negatively affects the dependent variable, satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, restaurant should have scarcity by becoming unique restaurant with distinctive theme, and if it conducts research in depth according to value of eating out consumption pursued by consumers, market segmentation strategy and target customer I think we can help.
