The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality, service value, recommendation intention and loyalty in order to find out the competitiveness of aviation service related departments at the present time. First, out of the factors of educational service quality, the professors' interactivity, physical facilities, curriculum contents, and school administration service had positive effects on the service value. Second, the effects of service value on the loyalty and recommendation intention were examined. Once the educational service value appropriate for tuition fee was perceived, the loyalty to school and recommendation intention were strongly influenced. Third, in the results of verifying the mediating effects of loyalty on the relation between service value and recommendation intention, the loyalty showed the significant mediating effects on the relation between service value and recommendation intention.
