본 연구의 목적은 현재 17개시도 교육청에서 진행하고 있는 학부모교육의 프로그램 특성의 동향 분석을 하여, 최근에 진행되고 있는 의미있는 주제나 방향성이 어떻게 나타나고 있는가를 진단하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 2017년 17개시도 교육청에서 수행하고 있는 학부모 대상 프로그램의 주제와 키워드를 홈페이지를 통하여 수집하였으며, 398개의 테마가 선정되었다. 연구방법은 언어네트워크 내용분석기법을 수행하였다. 분석방법은 NetMiner4.3의 기술에 따라 한국어 기반으로 형태소분석, 네트워크 분석, 소시오그램을 수행하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총 398의 주제에서 학부모의 의미있는 주제 100개가 선정되었고, 그들의 등장회수는 4,924개가 출현하였다. 그 중 전체 형태소 분석 결과 학부모,부모가 128개, 자녀가 126개, 행복이 53개, 소통과 대화가 36개, 진로가 34개로 등장하였다. 둘째, 소시오그램을 통한 시각화 결과, 학부모 프로그램은 교육과 미래를 중심으로, ‘통일, 대학, 사회, 4차 혁명, 인성, 미술, 학교’ 등이 빈번한 키워드로 등장하였다. 셋째, 교육과 인성, 가정과 이해 등이 주요 형태소를 이루고 있어 학부모 카페, 블로그 , 학부모지원센터에 대한 심층적 키워드분석이 필요하다. 본 연구를 통하여 객관적 분석과 시각화를 통한 학부모교육에서 언급되는 키워드를 찾아 새로운 주제의 학부모교육 프로그램의 구성 동향을 찾아낼 수 있었다. 추후 다양한 데이터베이스와 텍스트 빅데이터의 활용이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of characteristics of parent education programs of 17 provincial Offices of Education, and to identify the way in which recent significant topics and directions appear in the programs. The language network content analysis technique was performed as a research method. According to NetMiner 4.3, morphological analysis, network analysis and a sociogram based on the Korean language were performed for the analytical method. The results of this study are as follows. First, of the 398 subjects, 100 meaningful topics of parents were selected which appeared 4,924 times. Second, as a result of visualization through the sociogram, unification, university, society, 4th revolution, personality, art and school appeared frequently. Third, an in-depth keyword analysis for a parent web cafe, blog and parent support center is further needed in the context of education, personality, family and understanding. This study demonstrates the trend of parent education programs with new subjects. In future research, various databases and big data need to be applied further.
