본 연구는 호텔기업의 지식경영 도입에 관한 성과측정에 관한 연구로, BSC 관점을 바탕으로 지식경영을 도입한호텔기업의 지식경영 수준을 지식창출 및 저장활동, 지식공유 및 창출활동, 지식활동 및 가치 증진활동 등으로 구분하여 재무적 관점에 어떠한 유의미한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 재무적 관점의 5개 문항과 총 20개의 문항을 각각 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 다중회귀분석결과 지식창출 활동 중 회사의 경영진이 지식경영의 중요성을 인식하고 있음이 재무적인 관점에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 지식공유 활동에서는 회사가 학습을 중요시하며 적극적으로 지원하는 것과 인트라넷과 그룹웨어 등 IT 프로세스의 활용이 재무관점에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조직 구성원 개인의 능력뿐만 아니라 그러한 능력을 극대화할수 있는 기업의 노력이 반드시 필요하고 경영진의 노력이 무엇보다도 우선시 되어야 재무적 측면에서 유의미한 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 기업은 조직 구성원들이 지식을 공유할 수 있는 능력을 키울 수 있는 적정한 교육의 기회를 제공해야 한다는 점을 확인하였다.
This study is about measuring the performance of hotel companies' introduction of knowledge management. Based on the BSC perspective, the level of knowledge management of hotel companies that had adopted knowledge management was analyzed by dividing knowledge creation and storage activities, knowledge sharing activities, knowledge and value enhancement activities, and thus having a significant impact on financial perspectives. Five questions from the financial perspective and a total of 20 questions were analyzed by factorial and multi-recurring analyses, respectively. Research has shown that the importance of knowledge management in companies’ knowledge creation activities has had a significant impact on financial perspective. In knowledge-sharing and creation activities, companies’ active support for learning and the use of IT processes such as intranet and groupware has had a significant impact on financial perspective. The creation of knowledge refers to the process of converting the tacit or unstructured knowledge of individuals and businesses whose knowledge has been rediscovered from knowledge sources into explicit and systematic knowledge that can be managed and utilized specifically. This process was able to confirm that the efforts of the entity to maximize such capabilities as well as the capabilities of the individuals in the organization must be required and management efforts must be prioritized above all to have a significant financial impact. The entity has confirmed that it should provide appropriate educational opportunities for its members to develop the ability to share knowledge.
