The purpose of this study was to provide useful information to the franchise for the sushi franchise by examining the influence of the promotion support, store development support, training support, logistics support, and management support on the trust of the franchisor and the satisfaction of the franchisee. The survey conducted a questionnaire survey on franchisees in the franchise for six months from February 15 to July 28, 2018. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 for a total of 205 copies, except for 12 copies of the 217 copies that were improperly replied. Frequency analysis was conducted for the general characteristics of the population, and descriptive statistics and correlation analysis of the study variables were presented by basic analysis. We conducted a covariance structure analysis for hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, it was analyzed that public relations support, store development support, and management support service had a significant effect on trust. On the other hand, training support and logistic support did not have a significant effect on trust. Second, public relations support and logistics support have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the merchant. Third, trust has a significant effect on merchant satisfaction.
