이 글은 글로벌 자본주의가 총체적 혼돈상황에 직면했으며 자기 조절적 시장경제의 신화도 허구로 판명되었다는 경험론적인 반성으로부터 출발한다. 주지하다시피 1989년 베를린 장벽과 뒤이은 현실사회주의 국가들의 붕괴 이후, 보수와 진보를 망라한 적지 않은 학자들은 맑스를 마치 “죽은 개”처럼 취급해 왔다. 하지만 필자는 경제적 세계화란 미명하에 총체적 착취와 수탈이 용인되는 무정한 현실이야말로 교조화되고 이데올로기화된 맑스주의로부터 벗어나 텍스트의 재해석과 고전으로써 맑스 저작을 새롭게 읽는 것이 맑스를 올바로 이해하기 위한 출발점이자 맑스-르네상스의 전조라고 생각된다. 이제 그러한 목표의 출발점으로 정치철학적인 관점에서 칼 맑스의 사상형성과정을 ‘비판’과 ‘해방’이란 핵심어를 통해 고찰하고 더불어 그의 사상의 현대적 의미를 제시하려는 것이 이 글의 목적이다.
This article begins with the empirical reflections that the global capitalism faced with a total chaos-situation and the myth of self-regulatory market economy turned out to be a fictional experience. As is well known, not less conservative and liberal scholars has been dealt with Marx similarly "dead dog" in 1989 after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of real socialism. But I think, now we need to the reinterpretation of Marx-text and the starting point is a new reading of Marx. In other words, it seems to me a sign of the Marx-Renaissance. Now this article in order to reach those goals, the following will do that. The starting point for such a goal is in the perspective of the social and political philosophy the forming process of the classical Karl Marx's thought with a historical context and the key words as the 'critique' and 'emancipation' focusing on understanding and in addition also present the view that his thought has the meaning in contemporary sense.
