이 연구는 공선출하회 참여농업인을 대상으로 이들의 공동체의식과 참여만족에서 교제활동의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 최근 농산물 출하조직 등이 다양해지고 있고, 조직화되고 있는 상황에서 참여농업인의 공동체의식은 어떠한지, 참여만족은 어떠한지, 그리고 참여농업인의 교제활동은 어떻게 진행되고 있는지를 공동체의식과 참여만족에서 교제활동이라는 매개변수를 이용하여 검증하고자 하였다. 설문자료를 기초로 빈도분석, 타당도와 신뢰도, 회귀분석, 소벨테스트를 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과를 보면, 조사농업인들은 고령화가 진행되고 있고, 부부 중심의 영농활동을 하고 있었다. 그리고 농업인의 공선출하회 참여를 통한 공동체의식과 참여만족에서 교제활동이 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 공선출하회 조직원들이 공동체의식을 가질 수 있도록 하고, 공선출하회를 통한 수취가격 향상, 이용률 제공 등의 참여만족을 높여가야 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 농업인의 교육이나 견학, 네트워크 등이 이루어질 수 있도록 교제활동을 강화시켜 나가야 할 것으로 판단된다.
This study analyzed the mediating effects of fellowship activities on community consciousness and satisfaction of participating farmers participating in co-selection and shipment organizations. In recent years, there has been a growing diversity of farming organizations, such as the distribution of agricultural products, and the situation in which the participating farmers are aware of the community, what is the satisfaction level of participating farmers, and how exchange activities of participating farmers are conducted. We tried to verify the relationship between community consciousness and participant satisfaction by using a parameter variable called associative activity. Frequency analysis, validity and reliability, regression analysis, and Sobel test were conducted on the basis of questionnaire data. The main results of the analysis show that the surveyed farmers are aging and engaged in marital farming activities. In addition, it was analyzed that the activities of fellowship had mediating effects on community consciousness and participation satisfaction through participating in co-selection and shipment organizations of farmers. Therefore, co-selection and shipping organizations should be encouraged to have a sense of community and to increase participation satisfaction such as increase of collection price and utilization rate through co-selection and shipping organizations. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the fellowship activities so that farmers' education, field visits, and networking can take place.
