본 연구의 목적은 장애유아 담당 교사가 인식하는 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성, 심리적 소진과의 관련성을 알아보고, 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 회복탄력성의 어떠한 매개효과가 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 장애유아 담당 교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진, 회복탄력성 간에는 비교적 높은 상관을 보였고, 둘째, 장애유아 담당 교사의 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성은 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향은 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 부분매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate relation and effect of job stress, psychological burnout, resilience, teacher in charge of preschool with disabilities. And investigate mediated effect of resilience. The results of this study are as follows: First, psychological burnout, job stress, resilience from the correlation between key variables showed statistically significant. Job stress and resilience significant affects psychological burnout. Second, the mediated effect of resilience in relationship between job stress and psychological burnout of verification results showed that the partial meated effect.
