The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship among factors affecting the intention of using mobile APPs based on the theoretical foundations of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Task Technology Fit (TTF) Model. A survey was conducted targeting Chinese tourists who had experienced mobile APPs. A total of 505 questionnaires were analyzed using the structural equation model. The findings of this research are presented as follows: First, task technology fit of Chinese travel agencies’ mobile APPs has significant influence on behavioral intention. Second, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of Chinese travel agencies’ mobile APPs has a significant effect on behavioral intention. Third, task technology fit has significant effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.
