본 연구는 자영업자를 대상으로 자영업자의 역량 특성이 사업지속 의지에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 자영업의 성장과 활성화, 사업지속 의지를 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자영업자의 기업가역량과 관리역량 그리고 기술역량은 사업지속의지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 창의역량은 사업지속의지에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사전준비의 조절효과를 통해서 볼 때 기업가역량과 관리역량에서 창업사전준비가 높은 집단에서는 사업지속의지에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 자영업자의 역량 특성은 사업지속의지에는 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 조절변수 즉, 사전준비를 통하여 자영업자에게 사업지속의지에 영향을 미치고 있음을 밝혔다. 이와 같은 분석결과 자영업을 시작하기에 앞서 창업교육과 컨설팅 등과 같은 사전준비에 대한 중요성을 강조하였고 이에 대한 지원 및 교육을 통해 자영업자가 창업에 도전하는데 철저한 사전준비과정을 통해 자영업의 폐업률을 줄이기 위한 사회적인 지원과 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the self-employed’s competence characteristics on self-sustained will, and to suggest a concrete plan to contribute to the self-employed’s, The results of the study are as follows. First, entrepreneurial competence, managerial competence and technical competence of self-employed had a significant effect on the will to continue the business, but creative competence did not have a significant effect on the will to continue the business. Second, there is a significant difference in the willingness to continue the business in the group with high pre-establishment of entrepreneurial capacity and management capacity. Third, the competence characteristics of the self-employed have a direct impact on the will to continue the business. And that it is affecting the will to continue to business by the self-employed. As a result, prior to starting self-employment, we emphasized the importance of prior preparation such as start-up education and consulting. Through the support and education of self-employed, we challenge the start-up. Through thorough preparatory process, we provide social support And efforts will be needed.
