AB - This paper deals with people’s devotion to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary of Manaoag in the Northern part of the Luzon Island in the Philippines. People from all over the country go to a pilgrimage Lady and pray for different petitions to the Lady. People believe that the Lady intercede for their prayers and grant their petitions. The devotees of the Lady are interviewed and their devotion has been analyzed using the perspective of cognitive science of religion (CSR) as a way of understanding and interpreting their belief.
