Service providers and service customers are forced to recognize the risks for new services simultaneously and from the service provider's perspective, it is necessary to make various preparations to create conditions that completely overcome the resistance of customers. This study investigates whether to actively accept or resist innovative changes such as new services from the perspective of the service provider. I examine the factors of the new service in the shared economic environment and examine the influence types and factors affecting the adoption of innovation and resistance.
