교육과정 총론의 핵심 역량과 초등 도덕과 교과 역량은 도덕 수업을 통하여 포괄적으로 함양될 수 있는 것으로 이해되므로 교실 수업을 충실하게 수행하는 것에 관심이 모아진다. 이러한 관점에서 학교 교육의 핵심은 교실 수업에 있다고 생각하고, 예비교사의 수업역량 함양을 목표로 하여 특별히 발문 작성 능력 함양에 초점을 두고 연구를 수행했다. 역할놀이 수업모형을 사례로 수행된 교대생의 발문 작성 지도 과정을 제시하면 개별 과제로 발문 작성, 모둠 토론, 대집단 토론, 실습에의 적용, 수정 및 보완, 최종 작성 등이다. 이러한 과정 중에 예비교사들 사이에서 비평형화와 평형화 및 동화와 조절의 작용이 계속하여 일어나고 이로 인해 예비교사들은 발문 작성 능력이 함양되는 것을 경험하고, 이는 추후에 초등학생들의 역량 함양 지도에 큰 도움이 될 것이다.
Because the key competencies of general curriculum and subject matter education competencies of elementary school are understood to be raised through moral class inclusively, we interested for teaching sincerely and faithfully. At this point we thought that the core of school education is class teaching, we established a educational goals as to class teaching competencies, especially to raise competencies that is to make inquiry questions. For example the teaching progress for prep elementary school teacher how to make inquiry questions. First, homework to make inquiry questions, next team discussion with homework. Third, class discussion, Fourth, practice teaching, and amendment and complement. Finally fulfill the homework. Through these proceedings pre-teachers have an experiences, and these are great help for them to teach students later.
