There has been renewed calls of severe punishment for young offenders. The seriousness of juvenile crime has always been the subject of the media, and severe (heavy) punishment has always been brought up. The age of the boy law has been lowered due to the severe penalty atmosphere. At the heart of the current debate is to lower the age of a criminal underage. The government has decided to push for a reduction from the age of 14 to 13. Previously the subject of applying the juvenile law was the focus of discussion, but now the lower limit on criminal liability is the core of the discussion. The question of ageing is a legislative issue. However, the lower age limit for a juvenile delinquent is considerably lower than other countries. Therefore, it is necessary to take more effective measures than to discuss lowering the age of unsolved criminals.
