This study focuses on the role of leaders that can affect the job-related knowledge sharing which employees have acquired or accepted from their colleagues to assign empowering leadership as the leading variable. Also, empowering leadership is thought to affect the organization competitiveness through the mutualist or reciprocal outcome such as the members' trust in their leaders and each individual's intrinsic motivation, so this study substantially analyzes this to provide practical implications. The target hotels for sampling were six top-class hotels in Korea and the employees were surveyed from August 1, 2017 through October 30, 2017 to use a total of 200 forms for the substantial analysis. As a result, empowering leadership had a positive influence on trust in leader and intrinsic motivation, but no significant influence on knowledge sharing. Trust in leader and intrinsic motivation had a significant influence on knowledge sharing to prove their full mediation effect between empowering leadership and knowledge sharing. These findings were used to identify the structural relations of variables to increase employees' knowledge sharing.
