This study was started from recognizing the manager's leadership as the source of competitive advantage that influences the employees in the business hotel in Busan. Based on pervious studies, business hotel manager's the leadership type was classified by transformation leadership, transactional leadership and servant leadership, was studied a theoretical framework for understanding the effects of these leadership, employee's job satisfaction, job performance. Pertinent hypotheses were tested using empirical data collected through self-administered questionnaires distributed to employees of business hotel in Busan between May 1st, 2017 to May 15th, 2017. Out of the 250 questionnaires distributed, 216 valid samples were used in the final analysis. As a results, transactional leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction and job performance, while transformational leadership and servant leadership have a partial positive effect on job satisfaction and job performance. And Job satisfaction has a positive effect on job performance.
