自1950年代以來，兩岸與兩韓同樣長期處於分裂狀態，此種分裂一方面同樣乃國際勢力影響及牽制之結果，這使其成為重要之區域甚至是全球性議題，於此同時，兩岸與兩韓也形成不同發展道路之對比。儘管短期看來，兩者之分裂與對峙似乎都沒有解決的辦法，但在互動現狀方面則呈現某種差異：相較南、北韓交流有限且受高度限制，中國大陸與台灣之間則存在頻繁且多元化之交流。在本文中，個人將整理兩岸交流迄今之發展歷程，除藉此預測其未來發展外，也將由此觀察兩韓互動之可能性。
Since 1950s, it exist a similar situation of confrontation between cross-strait and two-Korean relations originated from international environment which still a vital issue regionally and globally. However, they seemed to choose the different path for development. Though in the short-term view, it’s really hard to find any possible way to terminate this situation, it still needs to note the difference between these two relations. In this paper, I’ll try to point out the character and evolution in cross-strait relations, especially focusing on culture exchange issues, and then observe the two-Korean relations through this point of view.
