Practical Implications of the Reformation: the Soluble Christian Education and Soul Care for the Contemporary Generation

이 연구는 오늘날 젊은 세대들을 중심으로 구현되고 있는 시뮬라크르를 이해하고, 종교개혁의 가치 안에서 그들에게 효과적인 종교 교육을 제공하기위한 방안을 고찰하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 시뮬라크르(simulacre)는 실제로는 존재하지 않지만 원본을 너머서는 의미와 가치를 구현하여 그 자체로하나의 실재로서 인식되는 상사(相似)이다. 따라서 실재보다 더 실재로서 기능하는 시뮬라크르는 원본으로서의 실존을 필요로 하지 않는다. 이런세계관 속에서 원형으로서의 절대적 보편진리는 거부되고 문맥적이고 상황적인진리로 대체된다. 오늘날 젊은 세대들은 문화 속에서 자연스럽게 시뮬라크르를 경험하고 있으며, 그 결과 절대적 종교 진리를 거부하는 시뮬라크르 세계관을 문화처럼체득한다. 이는 종교적 절대 진리로서 하나님의 말씀을 듣는 마음에 대한 상실로 연결된다. 이런이해를 바탕으로 이 논문은 종교개혁이 하나님의 말씀들음을 상실해가는 중세 교회를 향한 들음 회복의 운동이었고, 이는 현대 시뮬라크르 세대의 들음 회복을 위한 실천적 함의를 지니고있음을 논한다. 연구의 논지는 시뮬라크르 세대를 향한 종교 교육의 핵심은“들음을 통한 들음의 회복”이며, 이를 위해 기독교 교육자는 공감적 들음으로 현 세대의 듣는 마음을 회복하고, 그 마음에 예수의 사랑을 담으며, 더 나아가 구원드라마 안에서 존재의 의미와 가치, 비전을 발견하고 실천할 수 있게 하는 상담적 교육을 제공해야 한다는 것이다

The purpose of this study is to understand Simulacregeneration and to consider practical values of the Reformation for them. Simulacreis a hy-per-reality that becomes truth by itself, being identified as real, having dif-ferent values or meanings from the original existence, and bearing no rela-tions to the original. Simulacre, therefore, replaces the original; it creates its own truth. Through the high-technology embedded in everyday life, within the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Simulacreis culturally actualized in the contemporary generation. This paper argues that an essential value of the Reformation is the restoration of listening to God’s word, so that it has practical implications of the soluble Christian education and soul care for the new generation. Such implications include empathic listening, educa-tion of love, reconstructing one’s life within the Christian metanarrative, Theodrama.
