본 연구는 야구동호인이 지각한 완벽주의와 정신적 웰빙의 관계에서 2x2성취목표가 어떠한 매개효과로 작용하는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 야구동호인 196명의 대상자에게 완벽주의, 2x2성취목표 질문지와 정신적 웰빙에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석, 그리고 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 완벽주의는 성취목표에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤다(β=.673, <.001). 둘째, 완벽주의는 정서적 웰빙에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤다(β=.858, <.001). 셋째, 완벽주의는 사회적 웰빙에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤다(β=1.032, <.001). 넷째, 완벽주의는 심리적 웰빙에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤다(β=.305, <.01). 다섯째, 성취목표는 정서적 웰빙에 부적으로 영향을 미치지 않았다(β=-.232, <.001). 여섯째, 성취목표는 사회적 웰빙에 부적으로 영향을 미쳤다(β=-.302, <.05). 이곱째, 성취목표는 심리적 웰빙에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤다(β=.274, <.05). 끝으로 완벽주의는 성취목표의 효과를 거쳐 사회적 웰빙과 심리적 웰빙에 간접효과가 나타났다.


The purposes of this study were (a) to investigate the relationships between perfectionism and mental well-being, and (b) to examine the mediating effects of 2x2achievement goal on the baseball club members. The conceptual model of this study assumed that perfectionism would affect 2x2achievement goal, and these would, in turn, affect mental well-being through the mediation of the 2x2achievement goal. One hundred ninety six Korean club members from baseball participated in the study. The participants completed six questionnaires: a demographic questionnaire, Perfectionism Questionnaire, 2x2Achievement Goal Questionnaire, Scale of Mental Well-Being Questionnaire. The results of the final model indicated that perfectionism was positively related to achievement goal (.67). perfectionism was positively related to emotional well-being (.85). perfectionism was positively related to social well-being (1.03). perfectionism was positively related to psychological well-being (.30). achievement goal was negatively related to emotional well-being (-.23), whereas achievement goal were negatively related to social well-being (-.30). achievement goal was positively related to psychological well-being(.27). Significant indirect effects were observed. The bootstrapping results indicated that the relationship between perfectionism and mental well-being was mediated by achievement goal. The findings of this study contribute to the current understanding of the relationships between perceived perfectionism and mental well-being and shed light on the important roles of achievement goal on baseball club members the relationship.
