The purpose of this study is to analyze the relation between leisure motivation, mental and behavioral attitude and psychological well-being of employees of hotel, a representative hospitality corporation and suggest a plan for the management of human resources. As a result of this study, it was found that first, only the internal motivation of leisure motivation (0.4, t =7.185***) affected the mental attitude, and second, the mental attitude of leisure did not affect significantly the behavioral attitude, and third, both of mental attitude (0.546, t=6.578***) and behavioral attitude (0.147, t=1.992*) of leisure affected significantly the psychological well-being. As implication of this study, first, it is needed to develop various leisure programs that arouse the leisure motivation, and second, it is required to encourage the employees to participate in the leisure activity they prefer which is helpful to create the right atmosphere of leisure attitude of employees, and third, it is very important to make employees keep the psychological happiness and sound mental condition continuously as well as economical and financial compensation for employees so that they can provide high quality service for customers due to the expansion of self-satisfaction.
